Here’s what awaits you
As a Performance/Process Engineer (m/f/d), you will work with renowned clients in the production and process industry and directly contribute to improving performance in production.
Your Duties
- Conduct in-depth analysis and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency in production and manufacturing processes
- Design, implement, and track KPIs to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate on technical and organizational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance
- Work closely with production teams to drive efficiency improvements and enhance product quality
- Support for Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and process digitalization
Your Profil
- Completed degree in engineering (e.g., process engineering, chemical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering)
- Must be authorized to work in Germany and have at least B2 language proficiency, with experience in a production or process environment (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, industry)
- Expertise in performance and process analysis
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods is an advantage
- Structured, solution-oriented approach and strong team skills
