Coreliance Manufacturing Services e.K., mit Hauptsitz in Wachenheim, Rheinland-Pfalz, was founded in 2025 by Maged Eleissawy to support German and European manufacturers in navigating the growing challenges of global competition. As manufacturing faces increasing pressure to perform with fewer resources, Coreliance was created to address two of the most urgent issues in the industry: the shortage of skilled workers and the need to optimize every process to stay competitive.

With international experience working alongside some of the largest players in the oil & gas and chemical industries, we bring the diversity, insight, and adaptability needed to drive meaningful change.

Founder/ CEO

Mit+15 Jahren internationaler Erfahrung in der chemischen Industrie sowie im Öl- und Gassektor bringt Maged strategische Einsichten und praktische Fachkenntnisse in jedes Projekt ein. Er besitzt einen Lean Six Sigma Black Belt und Executive Diplome in Strategic Management von der University of P ennsylvania sowie in Organizational A nalysis von der Stanford University. Da rüber hinaus ist er vom NASBA in Dir ected Costing zertifiziert. Mageds Miss ion ist es, den Mangel an Fachkräften zu b eheben und die Abläufe in der europä ischen Manufacturing-Industrie zu optimieren .

Office Managerin

Mit ausgeprägter Motivation und einer hohen Lernbereitschaft bringt Hale frische Perspektiven und Energie in jedes Projekt ein. Ihre Stärke liegt in der Vielfalt – sie kombiniert organisatorisches Geschick mit interkultureller Kompetenz und einem lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil. Hale ist bekannt für ihre Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Prozesse einzuarbeiten und dabei präzise sowie zuverlässig zu agieren. Ihr Ziel ist es, durch Engagement und Teamgeist einen spürbaren Beitrag zur Effizienz und Qualität in der Organisation zu leisten.

Daniel Graf

Operations Lead

Mit einem Masterabschluss im Prozessingenieurwesen und über einem Jahrzehnt Erfahrung in der chemischen Industrie verbindet Daniel fundiertes technisches Know-how mit einem klaren Blick für moderne Produktionsanforderungen. Als Operations & Technical Services Lead liegt sein Schwerpunkt auf Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Lean‑Projekten. Durch seine internationale Projekterfahrung hat Daniel ein tiefes Verständnis dafür entwickelt, wie technische Exzellenz, Prozesssicherheit und Effizienzsteigerung in komplexen Produktionsumgebungen zusammenwirken.
